Registration is not necessary for order processing. Just fill in the mandatory fields with your personal data and the information required for delivery. On the first page, where you fill in your data, simply tick the box "Save data for next time". This way you will not have to fill in the data again.
The supplier allows the following payment methods
- PayPal (online payment via the www.paypal.com website). After confirming the payment method, you will be redirected to the www.paypal.com server, where you must follow their instructions. Once the payment is fully implemented, the order is sent by post.
- Credit card (Mastercard,Visa,Maestro,American Express). In order to guarantee maximum payment security, online transactions of your credit card purchases are carried out with Verisign certification, through a secure server that uses the SSL protection system. This system encrypts the information you type in order to make it impossible to intercept.
Delivery times and methods
The online shop accepts orders 24 hours a day. All orders received will be dispatched within a maximum of 4 working days, delivery times can vary from 5 to 25 working days. In the event that the product is no longer available at the time of the order, the delivery time is extended according to the time of delivery of the goods from the manufacturer. The stocks of each product are appropriately indicated. The contractual partner for the delivery of parcels is the shipping service.
First select the product you wish to purchase and then press the "Add to cart" button. On the top right of the shopping cart you will see the quantity and total amount of the products ordered. To remove or reduce the quantity ordered of a particular product, press the "shopping cart" button and then, for the quantity of the product, select the desired number, or press the "shopping cart" to delete the product. The process of closing the order is started by pressing the "Buy" button. The online shop guides the user through the following steps:
1. step - Customer information. Enter your e-mail address and delivery information (first name, last name, address, phone number).
2. step - Delivery. Select a delivery method and enter the delivery address, if different from the one entered in step 1.
Step 3 - Payment method and order completion. In this step, choose a payment method and conclude your order. If you have a promotional code, enter it in the field.
Step 4 - Order summary and confirmation.
After submitting your order, you will receive a summary of the products ordered at your e-mail address. You can always access information on the status and content of your order on the supplier's website. The purchase contract for the ordered products between the customer and the supplier is concluded at this stage. By clicking on "Order confirmation" the client acknowledges that he is aware of and accepts the general terms and conditions published on the supplier's website. The contract of sale in Slovenian is available to the customer at any time at the bottom of the web page by clicking on the link "Terms and conditions".
You can cancel your order within 24 hours. To cancel/cancel your order, you must send a cancellation request to our e-mail address (email@example.com), which must indicate the order reference number. In the event of a successful cancellation, you will be notified by e-mail.
Satisfaction or money back guarantee
All products are covered by the 'Satisfaction or Refund' guarantee. With this guarantee, if an item does not meet your expectations, it can be returned within 10 days of receipt, in its complete packaging, with no signs of use, following the procedure indicated for a refund.
The guarantee applies to all products with the exception of software and customised items at the customer's request, for which the right of withdrawal is also excluded (Art.5 paragraph 3 letter.c D.Lg.185/99). The costs incurred for the return are charged to the customer.
If the product has already been used, however, you wish to return it within 10 days of receipt of the package, the return of the product is possible, but due to the use of the product the refund will be partial.
Return of damaged shipments
If the parcel is physically damaged, missing its contents or shows signs of being opened, the customer must make a complaint to the nearest PosteItaliane office. To do so, he must bring the parcel to the nearest PosteItaliane office in the same condition as he received it (with nothing added or removed) and fill in the complaint report. In cooperation with the PosteItaliane office we will ensure that the complaint is resolved as quickly as possible.
The warranty period is 10 days.
The extended warranty is not applicable:
when the product is used in the wrong way

Protection of personal data
We know that all personal data of visitors and users of our online shop are in the first place. Therefore, we guarantee 100% security and protection of personal data in accordance with the Data Protection Act (PDPA-1). By registering online, you agree that your personal data will be stored and used exclusively for the purpose of fulfilling your order. The provider undertakes to permanently protect all personal data of users. Under no circumstances will user data be passed on to unauthorised persons. The user is responsible for the protection of his personal data by ensuring the security of his user name and password.
The provider may only contact you by means of distance communication if you explicitly consent. Consent is considered to be the subscription to our newsletter via the online shop, the ticked box "Subscribe to newsletter" (page news, new offers, promotional campaigns) at registration or a request for registration via other means of communication.
Exclusion of liability
The provider makes every effort to ensure the timeliness and accuracy of the data published on its pages. However, product characteristics, delivery or price changes may occur so quickly that the supplier is unable to correct the information on the web pages. In this case, the customer will be informed of the changes and will be able to withdraw from the contract or replace the ordered product.
Complaints and disputes
The supplier complies with current consumer protection legislation. The supplier undertakes to comply with its duty to establish an effective system for handling complaints. A complaint may be sent by e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org . The supplier acknowledges receipt of the complaint within five working days, informs the customer how long it will be processed and keeps the customer informed of the process. The supplier is aware that the essential feature of consumer complaints, at least as far as judicial resolution is concerned, is its asymmetry between the economic value of the complaint and the costs incurred in resolving the dispute. It also constitutes a serious obstacle for the consumer to initiate proceedings before the court. Therefore, the supplier undertakes to resolve any disputes amicably.
The possibility of out-of-court settlement
The supplier also allows out-of-court settlement of disputes in the manner provided for in the Consumer Dispute Resolution Act.
