You can cancel your order within 24 hours with a 95% refund (once the order has been placed, the company automatically pays the card transaction costs, even if cancelled).

To cancel/cancel your order, you must send your cancellation request to our e-mail address (info@kayimi.co.uk), which must indicate your order reference number. In the event of a successful cancellation, you will be notified by e-mail.

IT IS NOT POSSIBLE TO CANCEL/CANCEL THE ORDER DUE TO NON-DELIVERY, IN THIS CASE, YOU MUST CONTACT US AS SOON AS POSSIBLE, AND WE WILL SEND YOU ANOTHER PRODUCT, IF YOU STILL WANT A REFUND, YOU CAN REQUEST IT ONCE THE PRODUCT HAS ARRIVED, KEEPING THE PACKAGE INTACT AND SENDING IT BACK TO US.

Damaged (complete) product (before use)
If by chance the product has arrived damaged, after sending an email to info@kayimi.co.uk , the customer has the following options:

Receive another product of the same value as the individual product.
Refund 90% of the full amount paid.
Discount voucher of the value spent, to buy any other product on our site.


* Free products (being free) cannot be subject to return or refund.


* Whichever option you choose, you must first proceed by sending us the faulty product (Express Shipping, with tracking number available, at the customer's expense) and once our operators have verified the fault, we will proceed with the option you have chosen *

Within 10 calendar days from the date of receipt of the goods (art. 52 of Legislative Decree 6 September 2005, no. 206 - Consumer Code). The goods must be returned undamaged and not worn or used, in the same conditions in which they were received, with the original packaging and original labels not removed, enclosing the delivery note inside the package.
